To receive a replacement, send the damaged jewelry item together with a copy of the purchase receipt to the address below. Should your item no longer be available, an item of similar style and value will be provided. Items received without a purchase receipt will be discarded. Please ship in a padded envelope or small box, properly packaged to avoid loss in transit. We ship replacements anywhere in the US and Canada. Canadian residents will be responsible for duties and taxes.
