SHIPPING OPTIONS

What shipping options are available on DBWJewelry.com?

Currently, we ship via USPS First Class to the U.S. and Canada. As a convenience for our customers, we offer complimentary shipping on orders in the U.S. and Canada. 

Is it possible to ship to P.O. and APO/FPO/DPO boxes from DBWJewelry.com?

Unfortunately, we do not offer shipment services to P.O. or APO/FPO/DPO boxes at this time.

Will my DBW Jewelry purchase arrive gift-wrapped?

Yes. It will be wrapped in our exclusive DBW Jewelry packaging and will include our guarantee card. 

Can I change the address of my order?

Orders are processed as quickly as possible, and for this reason, we may not be able to change your order once it has been submitted. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please visit our Contact Us page and submit your request to change your order. Submission of a request does not guarantee the request can be accommodated.

How will I know my order has shipped?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is ready to ship. Once you have received this email please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking number to update with USPS. You may track the status of your shipment by selecting the 'tracking' link on the homepage or via this tracking page: https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction_input.

Do you offer gift packaging?

All items are packaged in a DBW JEWELRY pouch and/or gift box.

PAYMENTS

What payment methods are accepted? When will I be charged?

We accept the following forms of payment for orders placed on DBWJewelry.com:  American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Paypal and DBW Jewelry gift cards. 

Credit cards are charged at the time of shipment. PayPal and E-Gift Cards are charged at time of order placement.

Did my order go through?

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. If you do not receive this email and are unsure if your order went through, visit the Contact Us page and submit details. Please allow for up to 24-48 business hours for a response.

I have a promo code. How do I use it?

During checkout, you will see the "Add DBW Gift Card/Discount Code" field. Enter your code and click "Apply".

May I replace a lost or stolen DBW Jewelry E-card?

DBW Jewelry e-cards/ gift cards are treated as cash and are not replaceable. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced gift cards.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Because orders are processed as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee any changes to your order once it has been submitted. If you need to change or cancel your order, please call us as soon as possible at (833) 368-3494 and we will make every attempt to honor your request.

Can I design my own charm?

We do not offer the option to design your own charm but are always up to receiving suggestions. Please share your ideas with us and we will consider adding suggested pieces to future collections.  Check back often as we are always adding to our collections.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

What is DBW Jewelry made of?

Our jewelry line is cast in jewelers’ bronze (brass) using the same lost wax casting technique used in the production of precious metal jewelry. Our castings are polished to a mirror finish.

Electroplating is the process used when applying a coating of genuine rhodium or 18K gold to castings.  Electroplating can be controlled to apply a variety of thicknesses of precious metal.  Most manufacturers tend to put the very minimum amount of precious metals to limit cost and maximize profits and this cannot be detected by the eye.  We believe our customers deserve a product that will hold up longer and we use more than double the industry standard. 

How often are new styles added?

We are adding new styles and collections often. Check our site for new style and collection announcements.

Can I swim or shower wearing my jewelry?

We do not recommend swimming or showering in DBW Jewelry as it shortens the life of the jewelry. As a general practice, our jewelry should be the last thing on and the first thing off.

Is there lead in DBW Jewelry?

No.  DBW Jewelry is lead free.  We use jewelers’ bronze as it is the highest quality in fashion jewelry and does not contain lead.

What kind of stones are used?

Most of our stones are CZ (cubic zirconia) and are hand set like a diamond.

What is the difference between your two different types of bracelet bars?

We have two different bracelet bars to offer a variety of styles to our customers.

Our Fashion Bracelet Bars are more intricate, often including CZ stones and wider bar styles. These bars cannot accommodate our charms, beads, spacers, or stoppers.

Our Charm/Bead Bracelet Bars are a bit more simple and accommodate our accessories, such as charms, beads, spacers and stoppers.

Why do you have two sizes for fashion/charm bars?

People come in all shapes and sizes and we thought it best to have two options that conform to various wrist sizes.  To find the size that fits best check out our Size Guide.

Are DBW Jewelry charms/beads interchangeable on popular brand bracelets? 

DBW charms, beads, and accessories are not compatible with most other popular brands, however most other popular brand's charms and beads will fit on DBW bangles and bracelet bars.
